Something like a reversed dissipation shield.
But perhaps it makes Rainbows too strong....
Maybe I have to chanhe it to entropy quanta or something like this.
Should it have damage reduction?

don't add any damage reduction, 'cause then it'll be overpowered for sure

for me it's ok - U will get more quantum (good idea that U'll get it for attacking creature not attack power), but U don't have any defence

and maybe the upgraded version should only have lower cost (not 2 quantums)???

It's alright, as it provides no blocking. Would be good with Aflatoxin, but still... what useful can you do with piles of random quanta?

Then I'll make it genarte entropy quanta.

But random quanta can help entropy, because of the mutations. So you can use it for the abilities.

Ok, the upgrade is now the entropy shield that produces entrops quantums.
The upped version combinated with the unupeed dissipation shield in a 2 vs. 2 duel could be funny^^

I think this idea is a bit underpowered. Plus, all shields should reduce the harm you receive in some way.
