Interesting way of defending from quanta denial, as well as it's usefulness being covered by the fact it gives no defense, and that'd you'd need to sacrifice your shield slot, while acting sort of like a pillar at the same time.  I think it's interesting, and subtly balanced, seeing as how the upped lowers the cost a little more with extra quanta generation.

One thing though -  doesn't symbolize other, so change that in your table. Replace  in "element" with "Other" and delete  from "cost".

Zanz is actually already working on a card like this, or so he has said anyways. Not only will it protect your quanta, it will protect your hand as well. Thats all in the alpha stage though, so who knows what it will actually urn out like. Although, I dont beleve he said it was a shield. Who knows if it will even get past alpha.
