A few things come to mind.

1st, this would kill rainbow decks, although a good rainbow deck would have a steal or two, so that's not a huge issue.

2nd, imagine using this with Discord? Shazam!

Imagine rainbow deck A vs rainbow deck B:

A: QF played.  B takes 12 damage.
B: QF played. Both destroyed. No damage.
A: QF played. B takes 12 damage.
B: QF played. Both destroyed. No damage.

score: 24-0.

Seems you are trying to avoid stacking damage, but have gone too far.

BOTH A and B take damage.  If that's not clear by the card description, let me know.
