Evidence looks good.

- I'd have the effect not be cumulative and then there would be no power stack issues.
- It should be affected by reflection as damage from a spell.

Other than that and my previous comments, get an artwork and tabulate it.

Done. Just need artwork now.

I don't think it's overpowered. Just because this can do a lot of damage to one type of deck doesn't mean that it's OP, most cards are pretty awesome against something and weak agains other things.
And, as Lanidark stated, a Rainbow probably has some card to deal with this.
Just re-iterating that statement. Incase someone jumps in and wants to kick the hornets nest of 'omg it owns rainbows'.

Cool idea. I like it.

But the name.. is it just me, or does Haemorrhage sound like a disgusting medical condition. Kind of like having a card named "Herpes" and "Elite Herpes"? Not to mention it's impossible to type.

Quantum wound and Quantum bleeding perhaps?

I don't know..

LOL "Elite Herpes"
Infects target creature with Herpes and is poisoned. At the end of your turn any creature directly touching the infected creature also gains Herpes and is poisoned.

Annny ways Haemorrhage is a great idea and the name suits it quite well. and you can just call it hemmy for short :P.

I kinda like the WoW version of it better though, but not sure how to fit it into a card.

Lol @ SG's comment.

Yeah I have to resort to my browser's spellchecker every time I attempt to spell the haehmorhahge word... I've given up now.

@assassim - I originally wanted the card to be Fire (bleeding = blood = red... fire = red) and Death, but the way it has evolved is now Darkness/Entropy, not sure it really fits. I'd agree with what you say about Haemorrhage (didn't spell check that one, just wrote what you wrote in your post)...

A card that increases the damage your opponent takes is nice, perhaps like a Curse... I think of the Iron Maiden spell for a Necromancer in Diablo II. In which creatures take 100% damage from all physical attacks... I guess a curse/hex kind of thing can be implemented for Elements too!

Anyone want to make me some art for this card?

Yeah, love this idea. I think that as long as there's some cap for damage (40 or something), then it won't be OP. Also, it will need to work like UG rather than Sundial, in that there's a turn where the opponent has a chance to steal/destroy it. Either way, I don't think it will be OP, it'll just ROCK against Rainbow decks, in the same way other cards rock against other types of decks.

I especially like the fact that it encourages on-the-spot creative thinking. When you see your opponent put up the Quantum Hemorrhage, you might start destroying your own pillars or using nymph tears on them or something. It'll add a nice new "element" to the gameplay.

As for the name, why not Quantum Haemorrhoid?

Hahah.
