Frozengaia is an idiot count: 4.
Might as well start keeping track.

... Still want to say I'd still prefer quantum pillars.

My main problems with this are:

-Gravity has only one card that uses off-element quanta. The other cards that use gravity are either expensive or take time to set up, meaning its better to feed them another way.
-Thematically gravity is about order, so converting in-element quanta to random quanta sounds off.
-You need to destroy it to use it, which reduces flexibility imo (it also means you are screwed if RNG decides to troll you with the quanta generated)

What I would change:
-Move this to water, you'll get a huge array of cards that can benefit from this.
-The flavour could be changed to something about turbulence, as you are stirring the quanta.
-Change it to discharging when clicked, so that I can recharge it.
-Bonus points if the discharge is such that it can be useful after a few turns but still worth it to wait longer.
Every time a graboid evolves, an elemental gets his wings.

The main problem I have is that if you wait less than 6 turns, this card is bad, but if you wait for more than 10 it gives a crapton of quanta. I am still thinking on how to make it more even.
Also, I don't really want the formula to be linear. Because if it is linear, it feels more like a card that converts X :gravity into Y :rainbow. If it's linear, you can simply play one, wait 2 turns, explode it and play another, while this card should be something you must invest time to make it work properly. I feel the generation speed should ramp up every turn.

Maybe decreasing the quadratic term and increasing the linear one? I'm not sure.

Also, the reason why I chose gravity was thematic: you put a giant mass attractor which requires  :gravity to attract quanta, and then you explode it generating random quanta, just like a nova. But I think water could work too. Maybe a sinkhole which makes quantum slip inside?

Also, andretimpa's idea of simply discharging it instead of discarding the card is great.

Storing 1 :gravity a turn to release a burst of :rainbow in 2-1 ratio... Its not that strong.

Gravity only has a few off element synnergy cards itself, although it CAN have synnergy with a lot of elements indirectly and there are a couple cards that do use gravity quanta...

I also like the idea of not sacrificing it to get back the stored quanta. At least in the ratio being provided.

This could be very useful if it were a controlled conversion (even as a gravity card). I.e. it generates quanta matching a target card's element when used. It could make grav bows much more feasible...
For instance, this + grav mark. Throw in momentums and sprinkle with venemous and vampiric creatures.
This card powers summoning the creatures. Momentum makes sure they hit home.
It could also make freeze+poison catapult combos a lot more feasible since you could include cards in the deck without having to worry so much about pillar / pendulum draw issues.

On the whole though, I think entropy or water are better bets than gravity for this card in terms of utility.

This card has potential but needs some tweaking I think.

12 :gravity for 168 :rainbow is a lot more than a 2-1 ratio.

Ah... just noticed the non-linear scaling...

That is going to make balancing this thing a major pain in the neck.
Essentially it is going to either be UP in non-stall decks or very OP in stall decks.
