ART: http://www.fredmitchell.net/fractals/ IDEA: plastiqe NOTES: If you have 6 , 4 and 1 , then Quanta Vertex (unupped) will produce 3 of each type at a cost of 1 random quanta.  If you have 5 different types of quanta, Quanta Vertex will produce 2, 2, 2, 2 and 1 of each quanta, randomly picking which element gets 1 quanta.  Types of quanta available is checked before paying the casting cost.

don;t know whether its balanced or not, seems right to me, but i'll let someone else decide about that.
