You need to fix the card setup.  Its not a bad idea but it seems OP.

Wow! This is great idea. This would also make Protect Artifact more useful.

Yeah, create another card that makes your hand full of enchant artifacts.

Hmm...so for one Cremation I could play the upped version and then be set for practically the whole game in terms of Perm Control, yeah a bit OP.  I'm going to have to agree with Guolin on this one; making it a different element would really be the only way to avoid a spam of Explosions in a matter of two turns.

Hmmm.......how about destroying a permanent of each type, a weapon, a shield, a pillar and a miscellanous (a shard, hourglass etc.)

I was considering Air, sort of like an adding oxygen to a fire type of thing, but yeah still a bit iffy.
