I like the cards in enemy hand based buff.
Not sure how useful the active ability will be though. Net of +2 :fire ... I guess it does give some minor QC resist, but with only 1hp its not that huge of a bonus.

Hmm, it's true that a net of +5 :fire quanta would be much better, but the ability is more like quanta satisfaction than quanta accelerating. However, if the crowd wants it to be more useful, it can be changed to a higher number than it is now.

Why not just have it refund its cost upon death? (or maybe cost plus one or two extra even)
This would make a nice soft anti-CC and should be fairly unique too.

This is how it works right now. :) Refunds its card and skill cost and even generates 2-3 extra quanta. (I can lower it to 1-2 or raise it to 4-5, but I just can't figure out what the crowd wants to say about whether it's UP, OP or OK)
