I'm not sure I understand.  You keep your poison status.  If you have 4 poison counters and they have 10, you play the card and they get 4 counters.

Do you think it is too situational then?

This might be effective if Death had a way of giving itself poison counters, which is currently not a possibility.

It is situational because you'd have to be poisoned, and you'd have to have death quanta. So this only works well if the other player uses a primarily death deck or scorpion deck, and you'd most likely poison them faster if you were playing death to begin with.

Against a poison deck, this would be an autowin with multiple copies.  Against anyone else, it's worthless and Purify would be much better of a choice with the healing it gives.

I agree with what you guys said.  I've changed the card now to work as a lesser purify for decks without any water quanta.  I'm not positive this is needed, but I do think there needs to be more to combat poison other than purify. 

Any thoughts now?

I would say transfer your poison counters to the oponent, buy anyway... good cards must be Unique and this is not. Purify is not a situational as it gives a +2 heal.

That is what the last one did.  You all are impossible to please.

Anyway, I've revampped the idea thanks to Smurrf in chat who suggested adding healing and making it a light based spell.  This fills the need of another purify and adds on to a element that should thematically have a purify type spell.

still situational. :/ i don't really know what you could do with this that isn't either a Luciferin that removes poison or a Purify light-style. nearly all other options i can think of are still situational.

OK, I gave it another try.  Healing you for the amount removed +5.

As for purify, in a rainbow deck, one would likely choose purify for it's ability to remove all poison counters.  This is especially important against a poison deck.  In a light deck, or a against a deck that doesn't focus on poison but has it, this would be a better fit. 

Honestly, I suppose it depends on what quanta you are liable to have more of and if you think you will need the healing Purge could offer.
