this card has similiar weaknesses to trident and discord, while not being anywhere near as impactful and even slower. These cards are only actually powerfull when drawn early, later on their effects hardly matter (and to ensure you draw them early you put in almost as many copies as you would of just eq (here: gravity pull)). This card is even more drawdependent as it marks your deck rather than hand, making it extremely drawdependent and slow. Unupped will probably attempt to do similiar things like "its a trap", Armaggio or chimera, but presumably be inferior to all of them. It's a shame that the "alter your deck"-cards are so hard to make worthwhile in reasonably fast paced cardgames.
A way to make the card much stronger (so strong it needs a cost increase despite its weak state) is to instantly draw that card (or at least putting it on top of the deck), making it a tutoring card for high hp creatures with the double edged sword (that will often be an upside) of giving them gp.
Now upped is a bit different. Obviously you expect it to be used on the opponent at least occasionally, else it wouldnt be worse for use on self than the unupped. It has the same speed issues as unupped and your opponent can choose to play multiple marked cards in one turn to remove gp from each but the last. At first I thought "UNLIMITED CC!!!", but it has a lot of limitations (requires opponent to draw the card, only affects last played, requires creature on your side of the board to matter). Changing it to draw the card probably wont be good, though it would be interesting in deckout decks (so maybe that wasn't a good idea from me).
If you want to maintain the effect as is, consider putting it on a reasonably stated creature instead.
