Morning Clouds
Cost : 4  :air
Your creatures and permanents cannot be targetted by opponent for 2 turns. This permanent can be targeted.
Cluster  :air :air  :air - extend effect for the 3 turns

Rainbow Wave
12 quantums
if opponent have more than 11 quantums of one element, quantums will be converted into another elements.(one per element)
If opponent have more than 11 pillars of one element, pillars will be changed into another elements
If opponent have more than 4 quantum pillars, pillars will be changed into 12 pillars (1 per element)

if opponent have more than 22 quantums of one element, quantums will be converted into another elements.(2 per element)
If opponent have more than 22 pillars of one element, pillars will be changed into another elements
If opponent have more than 8 quantum pillars, pillars will be changed into 24 pillars (2 per element)

 etc etc etc

I find it very... coincidental that your card, Morning Clouds, uses the exact same wording as I did in chat this morning when referring to my card idea. Even the number of turns is the same.

It's just weird and all. Now, I can't really use that idea, or variations of it, for the card-making contest.

Anyways. Morning Clouds is very overpowered - this is basically epic invincibility for a relatively cheap cost (and it lasts forever). I'd be satisfied to remove the "Cluster" ability entirely; then, it would be fair, I guess, but still powerful.

Rainbow Wave is simply too complicated.

yeah, morning cloud + PA = invincible creatures and permanents (everything) so long as you can get 3 air every 3 turns...so an air mark will let you keep that up. It might be fair if you made it so permanents only were untargetable for a certain time period, increase the cost of the ability, or even just make it so it causes both players' creatures/permanents invincible.
