This spell is designed to hinder or sometimes help a player. Apparent Strength/Use in deck types. Mono(9/10), Dual Favoured(9/10), Trio Favoured(9/10), Rainbow(9/10)

Ok, this the idea of play.

In an Offensive sense.
- If the opponent is Rainbow, prevent them from capitalising on their range of quanta by merging all their quanta together but stop you from using it again in succession to destroy their quanta base.

- If the opponent is mono, spread their quanta out, still leaves them a portion to cast with but only for the smaller cards. Subsequent use is likely to build the quanta back again.


In a support sense.
- You can use it in a mono deck to scatter your elemental quanta to fuel various out of element effects.

- You can use it in succession to gather quanta before casting again to split the quanta quickly among all elements.

Mechanically

- This could be a replacement effect for a Discord rework. Allowing it to actually affect most opponents. Currently the Discord is rather weak against Rainbow and even against Mono it can be out raced.

- I've also made this as an artifact for repetitive support use.

Not really.
Discord needs rework.
This is an effect that is in Element and allows to play decks of different types other than Rainbow and Mono and has an offensive use also.

Yes the card needs Rework, its ineffective against a majority of the environment.
It does not take any quanta away at all. It moves it.
