Well, before Annele has a field day:
There are multiple formatting errors with the post:
1) You're supposed to use a pipe (|) instead of a slash (/) for creature ATK/HP and the title.
2) You have not credited the art. Please do so, or remove the art. It's fine to have whacky art when you're having fun, but when you're being all official... well, if you're not, pre-smithy idea's for you.
3) You should fill out the entire form. It solves multiple problems.
Spoiler for Your OP should look something like this::

Anyway:
There are a few spectrums of ideas, with two elements on the opposite end of each spectrum as the most extreme end.
One of these spectrums is whether an element builds tall, or builds wide.
The tall elements,
,
,
,
,
,
, have very big creatures, and don't use too many at one time.
The wide elements,
,
,
,
,
,
, use multiple small creatures at once.
The extreme side for the wide elements is either
or
.
This thing does buff up multiple targets. That (should be) a life effect.
This thing, however:
Buffs them all too much quite rapidly,
Kills a creature... Killing things isn't a life effect at all.
The thing about flavour is that it is very, very flexible. Most things have the flavour to go into any element, just suiting some more.
Something that wants this more?
Look at the other wide elements and see if any want one.
Death would benefit from this especially.
Anyway, this card isn't too special. I would rather have a spell that said "All my creatures get +1 | +1".
This looks like it's more so a card that an element needs on a competitive front other than a creative front.
