NOTES:
This card is made to bring more CC card to :life

To make it different from the Eagle's Eye, a special function is added to it.

For offense :
If it kills your creature, it gains more attack. Also good synergy with :death

For defense :
You can use it to kill enemy creatures, but you would lose a little attack

You can use this card for either offense or defense, according to your own strategy and play-style.

Killing your own creatures, especially for a bigger bonus, doesnt seem very life-y to me. I'd change the effect to +1|+1 whenever it kills any creature, and can kill either enemy or your own. Though that may be stepping on otyugh's toes a bit. In fact, compared to oty, especially unupped, this is way overpowered. for +1 quanta in an element that has more abundant quanta, you get +4|+2 and you can take down bigger creatures without having to go. Eh...needs nerfed.

I'd rather compare it to Owl's Eyes than Otyugh.

The question should not be "Does the attack decrease warrant the insanely cheap cost?" but "Can this card shut down a variety of decks (any deck with a low amount of creatures that can all be targeted) faster than Owl's Eye?" If you treat this card as a higher-cost Warden, you can see how it might need a nerf.

I would probably lower the initial stats. Maybe 2|3 for unupped and 3|4 for upped ?

But the whole concept is to sacrifice your own creature to gain power. In order to make it worthwhile to sacrifice your own creature, I make it lose attack if it kills opponent's creature so you need to "recharge" it.

And in fact, I don't know which element should it be in.

So I will make a big change to this card later.

I'd rather compare it to Owl's Eyes than Otyugh.

I did have Owl's Eyes in mind when I made this card.

And you also support a nerf ?

Why, thematically, does it lose attack when killing an enemy, but gain from killing your own creature?

You can see the picture is a cheetah

Cheetah is a strong predator but it gets exhausted very quickly (lose attack), so it feeds on the food you provide (friendly creature) to "recharge"

Contamination from consumption of impure beasts! :P
This could be true

Heh, I guess that works. water's explanation is a bit better though ;P You have to chase down enemy creatures while you just feed your own...yeah that works.
