Idea for  :air:
Target creature gains a death from above if airborne (percent chance to bypass shields). Or becomes airborne if not already.
-If the creature loses airborne, it will also lose death from above
-Making this a percentage chance to bypass can be balanced to prevent it from being OP

Idea for :time:
Reveal up to N of your opponents cards, where N is the size of your stacked potential. (make use of stackable feature). Each card revealed has a small (say 2 or 3%) chance of being sent back to the top of the deck... or instead / in addition has a chance to cause you to draw a card.
Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?

I think the main difference between Luciferin and Potential (:light) is Potential is a repeated skill and stackable. Luciferin only affects creature with no active skills, while Potential can replace a creature's active skill to Bioluminescience.
1) Repeatable single target < Single use mass target
2) Stackable (by which you meant the mark can be used multiple times per turn) < Mass target
3) Ability to lobotomize > No such ability

So the only place it is considered favorable is in lobotomizing the opponent's creatures. That is not Light's potential.

So :air gains airborne and partial momentum? Sounds complicated...
...and :time skill is obviously too complicated >.>
