Card ideas based on some game bugs... https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=905.msg8442#msg8442

OK, I'm sure that some of you have experiences bugs such as those:
Creature turning into weapon
Creature turning into shield
Spell turning into permanent

So I have some ideas that can replicate those "bugs":

Reverse Flying Weapon: Spell (5 Quanta)
Turn the target creature into a weapon belonging to the corresponding player. The creature will keep its ATK and ability. The effect of this card is reversible by using Flying Weapon.
Possible Combo: Reverse Flying Weapon + Steal

Eternalize: Spell (10 Quanta)
The next spell you play will be turned into a permanent.

Eternalize could be really overpowered though, because if you turn a Parallel Universe or a Fire Bolt into a permanent...
To be or not to be, I can do both at once. Go learn quantum mechanics, n00b.

Rain of Fire into spell. I just won in one turn, gg.

That's a cool idea. :)

I have one based on what has happened to my opponent many times in PvP.

Second Chance Spell (6 Time Quantum)
Chance your creature situation (creatures, health) back to what it was at the end of your previous turn.

Here's another. Some guy I had a duel with owned me because he had an invisible Otyugh (yeah.. gg) on the table.

Invisibility Spell (8 Aether Quantum)
Targeted creature becomes invisible and non-targetable to you opponent (you can still see it, target it, and use its abilities)

"Invisible" won't really work unless you're doing PvP, because to an AI, it doesn't really make any differences.

Well, sure it works. It basically makes your creature immortal but you can still use its ability.

But I wasn't serious when I wrote that idea. It would be insanely overpowered.

I called this thing a Reverse Hamper: Your opponent can't do anything to a creature, but you can everything.

Anyway, having just one weapon slot makes the Reverse FW impractical, and such.

Eternalize... how would it work, exactly? Trigger every turn? Be a permanent that does nothing but allowing to cast this spell for a cost?

miracle permanent o.0

why is there no flying shield card? they'd have no attack (?) but they could add their affects together, like 3-4 jade shield (i got this from my reflective shield coming into play as an immortal 0/1)

second chance is like what happens when you RoF in PvP, they monsters look dead to you but they keep devouring and poisoning you (invisibly)
6 explosion/6 earthquake perms would be deadly...

So, I have two eternalizes, Rof, miracle, RT, maybe PU. Hmmmm....yeah, I win.

Should Eternalize have an effect on itself? Or not?

Something that could be powerful and costly:

It turns the target spell into a permanent, able to cast said spell once a turn for the casting cost of the card (so PU would still be 7 Aether every turn), but it also destroys all duplicate cards in your deck, reducing your deck number.  Have 6 FireBolts and want to turn the first into a permanent?  Great, but it'll cost you 3 Fire every time you want to cast it and reduce your deck by 5 cards (plus, you'll never be able to cast it more than once a turn for the rest of the battle).

doesn't matter, casting every turn is worth it
