Oooo... a spell that turns into a permanent when upgraded? I like that...

That said though, Kael will probably tell you to cite the link where you got your art from (or if you generated it all by hand, that you need to have your name on the image (or the artist)). That, and you should also try to put the 'Series' link into the Series section of the table.

um considering that only water creatures dont die from flooding this makes it kinda useless except towards freezing
