...unless by permanent you mean non-creature permanent.  In that case it seems pretty UP.  Does that mean you can get weapons outside your weapon slot?

No Gl1tch, you are completely wrong in this case. Creatures are not permanents, creatures are creatures. Permanents are whatever aren't creatures and aren't spells.

The unupgraded cards has you target two permanents, one of your own, and one of your opponents.

Permanents have the little symbol like a pillar in the corner.  Creatures do not.  They have different places where they go on the board.  Creatures are nothing like permanents...

As for the card, seems very interesting.

It won't always be positive, but that just makes it more interesting.  It doesn't seem too strong, but it could add a lot to the game.  I like it.

Its kind of hard to use this card, considering there is already a card called deflag that seems kind of better than it...
By the way, you shouldn't be targeting 2 things when playing a spell, just like all other cards in the game.

The term "permanent" in /several/ CCGs means card that stays on the field for more than one turn.  Sometimes when I see the cost 2 I think of two colorless and one life, and sometimes when I see "permanent", I assume creatures are included.  But thanks for treating me like I'm 8.

I like the card. I can't avoid to compare it with steal and I don't see it's OP in comparision. Maybe I would rise the upped card's cost to 4 or 5.

As for the costs, I'd agree with Drobbit. Definitely make the upped cost 5 .
