when i saw the name of this i thought it would be a fire card with a death ability. also please read tutorial in my signature section.

1st open and bookmark each of these links

2nd make images in first link. save onto your computer.
3rd load images into card maker when done with card maker save onto your computer. I recommend keeping your card images in a separate folder from your back ground images.
4th when done making and saving card images upload them to the 3rd link and then using the table provided by Scaredgirl here http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,5039.0.html copy and paste the direct link for the unupped where you see http://***InternetAddressOfCardImage.jpg*** and for the upped paste the direct link where you see http://***InternetAddressOfUpgradedCardImage.jpg***
5th Where it asks for the Element put the word with the first letter capitalized.
6th Where it asks for the Cost put the number followed by the symbol if a symbol is required.
7th Where it asks for the Type put Creature, Spell or Permanent.
8th Where it asks for the Att|Hp put the value needed if not a creature leave this space blank.
9th Where it asks for the Text put what was put in the text area of the card image.
Repeat steps 5-9 for the upped card.
10th Where it asks for the Art put the name of the person that drew the image and if came from a royalty free website provide the link. Always provide proof that permission was given to use any art if card marker did not make it. Some websites are known to have royalty free images such as http://www.sxc.hu/ .
11th Where it asks for the Card Maker, It is usually the person starting the thread, but if it was a team effort provide each name that contributed to the initial design of the card.
12th Where it asks for the Notes put any information that would contribute the function and development of the card.
13th Where it asks for the Series put the name of the series this card belongs to, if it doesn't belong to a series leave this space blank.

This card might a great idea but would require time and effort as well as creativity.
But I like this card so I am willing to help ensure it is balanced.

Name: Poison Volcano [Poison fits but Volcano does not quite fit what you are presenting. However I do think that an ominous adjective place name would be ideal. What places make you think of poison? Snake mountain? Vale of Venom? Poison Palace?]

 : Toxic Cloud (Grant the target creature Venom removing previous active abilities.) [A creature targeted with a toxic cloud gains venom? Maybe "Snakes gift", or "Corrupt". However you need to understand that this would probably used in conjunction with Sapphire|Elite Chargers. Venom on a creature with momentum and a non 0 attack is worth 4-5 quanta each. Then there is the card advantage to take int account. I would increase the activation cost to  as a start.]

I made some changes...I think now is better than before...what do you think?

Looks good from the theoretical perspective.
For the practical perspective you will want a more experienced player.

This is a good Dragon buff. After all, unlike LS, it doesn't poison the owner, so it's a sweet fix. Not only that, tossing this with Adrenaline makes for a beast combo.

yes maybe...but it is not very important...Making a permanent like this was my original idea...

Looks good.
Now you need to find provably copyright free art.
If possible it should be of an immobile plant (hence a permanent instead of a creature)

The cost is prohibitively high to use in anything but Mono Death and then even then the creatures aren't cost effective for the Venom ability with Deathstalker + anything.  Perhaps 4 or even 3 for the playing cost, and keep it 2 and 2 for activation.  Its got to compete with Deadly Poison and Arsenic too, both which are cheap cards.
