I voted Other for "all spells and death effects".
Creature skills activating this doesn't make sense to me, and I think it would be rather UP with only spells or gimmicky with only death effects (kinda like Soul Catcher). So combine both spells and death effects.
Also, that way it makes this a rather expensive duo, so you can't abuse it too much (after all, the wider amount of effects forces more Water to be drained, while you will constantly need a lot of Death, much more than a Mark can produce due to the fact that hard CC will create two copies and AoE can make a lot, especially if you're using Chrysaoras as well, which make this even more expensive in Death).
Also, denial against this deck will wreck it (and especially if they have HC).
Also also, Sanctuary will cancel this effect if the opponent casts spells or a creature dies on their turn, correct?
