I always liked thinking of life (green) as the forest as well as its inhabitants...
Life's creature control should be like water's:
Vines: 2
- Target creature with power <5 can't attack for 3 turns. If that creature has dive, it also takes 3 damage.
Pit Trap: 3
- Target creature with power >1 takes 3 damage.
Falling Tree: 5
- Destroy target creature with power >10. This cannot target creatures with dive.
Bed of Pinecones: 3
- Shield: Creatures with power <4 take 1 damage.
