1/1 seems a bit weak for a 5 cost creature. Also why is the upped a spell, and unupped a creature? +2/+2 seems fair and not too overpowered.

Sorry, the upped should also be a creature. 1/1 because I'll be inflicting 1 poison damage to the opponents health, and the opponent has no choice but to kill it, and when he/she kills it, all his/her creatures will be inflicted with plaque.

No choice but to kill it...? basilisk blood, freeze (or congeal) and any shield which blocks at least 1 damage. if anything, it should probably be 3/1. Also, Retrovirus makes basically the same to the opponents creatures (plague) and costs only 2 quanta (same with plague itself) I would suggest 2/1 for the unupped and 3/1 for the upped.

Edit: And as cost a max of 4 for both unupped and upped.

The poison is not on the attack. It says "cause 1 poison damage every turn".

well, as long as it isn't killed, it's just an overexpensive chrysaora. And chrysaora is already one of the not-so-strong cards which is useless in anything but a well-built stall. (And chrysaoras weakness isn't that it is easily CC-able, but the problem is that is it so slow on damage.)

A few questions I feel like asking you:

1. If you take away the 'inflict plague' part, isn't this card basically a Momentum'd Forest Scorpion with weaker stats?
2. The 'causing poison to the opponent' is an active ability, and 'inflict plague' is passive, right?
3. This one isn't much of a question, but instead of "inflict plague to all the creatures", I believe the description should say "if this is killed, infect all the creatures of the killer".

I kinda feel like this should have 0 ATK. I mean come on, its an apple. You get hit by an apple, you don't take damage, you discover gravity.

0 ATK would make this a chrysoara without the ability cost and the plague when killed.

That's why I think this image, which is awesome by the way, would fit better in a spell.
