What's double handed?

Also, free Lightning, Reverse Time, Shockwave/Freeze, and various other 1-2 cost CC spells. Seems too easy to invalidate elemental restrictions for good cards.

Double handed uses both weapon and shield slots,
but it doesn't means Double handed is both a weapon and shield,
you will have to see in the ability text whether it is a weapon or shield
or none of the above.

Book of Sprites is to make control decks more playable, Lightning, Reverse Time, Shockwave/Freeze can creature control very well,
but they are unable to inflict serious damage to opponent's player HP, so control decks will probably have 1 Immortal or Phase Dragon
to deal the player damage.

You should probably word like this:

It's redundant to mention that it's the quanta of their cost, it's not like you're going to lower the amount of it costs to cast RT.

There's also enough room to just simply state that the card occupies both weapon and shield slots.

Making a mono  can use any cheap spell for free is good, but at the cost of spending deck slots on this card and being lucky to draw it first.
It's original (I think) but not that good..
