I'm not sure about this card :/ it seems like 1 of these and one arctic squid + a fire shield is too much creature control/ too op. maybe change the element of cavitation to something which has no cc and make the atk l hp of the shrimps the same as those of the arctic squid.

Sorry I couldn't help but laugh at the concept here. I know where the idea originates from, but it's still funny.
On to more serious matters. The card is well assembled. However, what you've done is taken an existing combo and changed its element to one that has a few more senergies with water. Not necesarily a bad thing. I am however uncomfortable with a shockwave(effect) on a stick. You could easily start abusing this to keep your opponent from having any creatures. One of the things that balances out the current freeze/shockwave combo is that it has a limit of 6 uses(6 card dupes per deck), this breaks that.
