I know the card text and the table text don't match, the second part didn't fit onto the card. I also am aware that this card is pretty close to being useless and is rather unplayable.

Schrodinger's Cat is definitely not useless.  It adds another card to a death combo, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder I suppose.

Updated to make it less situational. I know that the table and the card images don't quite match text wise. Card space issue is an issue.

Nice! a Mark pendulum (would that be a good name?). Would be kinda useful in some decks with Fractal or to keep one at hand in case of a Nightmare?

yes  that's good when you use mindgate deck  and your opponent use his mark as key card (like water-death poison  that don't wan't water pillar to summon chrysaora)

problem with karis's suggestion is that you need the enemy to have a water mark. and you to get this card in you hand at least in the 2nd turn.
