ART: IDEA: Anonymous NOTES: This is the Greek letter Chi. If you casted Chi but do not have the quanta to summon the Sigil into a creature, the quanta and the card will be wasted. When a sigil is summoned, it will affect its target(s) except itself. So buffs like Lambda, Alpha and Epsilon will affect all your creatures except itself. Its like a sigil equivalent of Shard of Integrity... but not really... lol. Basically it turns a spell into a creature. Should be fun to play with.

Will the spell effects be considered creature abilities or will the creatures created be "abilityless"?

In the notes it says that upon summoning, the sigil will activate its ability except itself. In other words, it can only be used once.
