This should combo quite well with cloak since the opponent wouldn't know until it is too late whether mass CC is viable. This should give cloak a much stronger potential as a misdirection type card. The upgraded version is intended to be more "splashable". Note that, as with voodoo doll, the victims must actually survive being targeted in order for the damage and status reflection to occur, so this protection still favors creatures with relatively high HP.
