Interesting... A couple of questions pop to mind:

Can you target yourself with it? (that would be akin to a 1 turn GP then)

What happens if multiple defenders ward the same target?

Yes, you can target yourself, but only blocks its damage.  Your weapon/shield doesn't get protection.

For multiple Wards, see Gravity Pull.  Only the latest Ward would take effect.

I kinda like it... unupped seems a little UP to me given that it would probably just outright die when used. Upped version looks better, but both seem a little too expensive. Given their ability is their main function in life, they would benefit from less attack in exchange for a lot more HP.

And the low health was the point.  It is a last ditch protection from one attack.  Aside from that, it'd be a simple 3|3 beatstick.

Sorry, but where is this assumption coming from.  Admittedly, I do favour my ideas due to a bias to my own ideas, however, I don't see where you get the idea that I dislike many other's ideas.

Also, please refrain from going off topic on threads.  If you do have an issue with me, as it seems you do with the perceived tone of that post, feel free to take it up with me elsewhere, not in a thread where it has no correlation with the design of an idea.

I do not deny that.  But isn't there a saying for that?  "Imitation is the greatest form of flattery"?  These are my ways of modifying pre-exisitng mechanics in a way that have yet to be represented as opposed to simply shifting them to another element.

And yes, if you wish to pursue this line of attack, it would be appreciated if it were handled in a more private manner.

Seems reasonable. With the new cost it isn't an issue now... I just wouldn't have wanted to pay a lot of quanta for a fragile creature that might die before I use it... I have no problem pay a small to modest amount for that though ... This way if I play against a CC heavy deck, I can combo it effectively with fractal.

Looks nicely balanced and fairly useful now. Should be a fun card if it gets in.
