At the time of being cast. It's a simple buff spell, not a card 'changing the state of the creature, giving it a new passive ability or whatever'. You can cast a number of these on a single creature just like blessings.

Hmm.. in that case it might be underpowered. It seems to me that it would only be really usefull in a mono  :time deck, because I never have extra  :time in my rainbow decks (even with that is my mark). Since it would likely have to be played in mono  :time deck, then you will likely be casting a lot of things that use up all your  :time meaning that this isn't helpful until late game, and even then, when you divide by 10...

I guess you would have to play test it to find out for sure. I like the concept, though.

It's supposed to work best in mono time, eventually some duo decks, as you need at least 20 :time to reach blessings power. On the other hand time needed to splash :light :earth :entropy or :gravity in order to buff eg. scarabs hp but with this card it would be possible in mono. It would also work tremendously well with Deja Vu.

Anyway it works best in OHKO (one hit KO) decks and in conjunction with other cards from the series.
