When it changes from spell to permanent does it go from one tim use to all-time use?

This copy your opponent's mark,so,it should be named Copy mark.And what you have with CAPITALS,just use them, change the type in permanent and add "none" on SERIES,huh,and the last thing,just add 1 cost,it is pretty OP against FG if you got it from oracle.

calindu, the 'Series' section should not hsve the word 'None' in it. That would imply the card is part of the 'None' series.

But obviously there wouldn't be a series called 'none' and if there is , I'm quite sure you would be refering to the cathlic women priests called nuns. I really don't see the problem with putting 'None' in the series list. i see plenty of people using it. Please explain it to me I don't get why it shouldn't have 'None'. Why leave it blank. I hate empty spaces.
