PU's are expensive though.
If you want to compare, even an upped PU costs 6 :aether
For this card, it only takes 2 :life to make an exact copy+The effect carries over to the new creature.

Doesn't look bad to me.  Leave it to one of the balance pros though.

I'd allow for them to at least be delayed or lobo'd.  Without all three of those, the types of CC are very limited.

Also, I didn't see the fact that it keeps buffs in the notes the first time around... maybe just bold that part or something.  Can be easily missed.

Thanks Ajit!

This is just a first go at the card idea i had. I hope to hear from some long time players on balance and gameplay. I think I agree, I think removing the "delay" protection is a good start.

I wanted the creature to have some added benefits aside from the replication due to low ATK power.

The buff persistence I added in hopes that it would give some value to using the card but would cost quanta to benefit from. IE. You'd have to play min 3 elements to buff and replicate it.

First deck I'd want to try is an immo/penguin deck w buffs.  ;D

I wasn't trying to put down your idea if that's the impression you were getting.
I was just saying my thoughts T.T

Well, it's good you made it from elements without numeral buffs (adrenaline is a slighty problem, but not that bad). I guess a Trio with gravity (Catapults and momentum, catapults the regular penguins then momentum, adren and breed) would be the best choice.
Dunno if it's balanced. I think yes. Maybe it should be able to be lobo'd. Otherwise sounds like too much...

This is basically a Scarab with Mitosis without Devour, but with Anti-Lobo. Overall cost should be 5  :water | 5  :water if you ask me.
Unupped : immunity to CC + 2, ability + 2, attack +1, total = 5  :water
Upped: immunity to CC + 2, ability + 2, attack +2, Upgrade -1, total = 5  :water

Interesting card though, might create a mutant trio that relies on  :life:entropy and  :water .

Thanks guys,

I agree for the most part ;)

I've made some basic changes, please feel free to look again. I'm giving the cost some thought right now.

P.S. I thought it was important to leave the penguin vulnerable to some CC such as lances, storms, devours, etc... so that you should "have a plan" before you play it.

This could definitely open up some new ideas for Life+Water duos.

Great combo with a Feral Bond.

You are certainly entitled to your opinion ;)
I see your thinking in this but it may be slightly OP if you think of it that way?
It's like an improved version of Mitosis, since the creatures can keep their abilities.
I do like the idea though. I feel like this would be a better suited ability for a Life card..
lol, you can't decide if these are under powered or over!
Did I miss something? >.>

Anywayyyyy, just because the real-world counter part of the card has the ability to do something doesn't mean the card needs to emulate it perfectly, see drowning frogs and frozen ice dragons (though I don't understand its immunity to lobo?) XP

I don't think it needs its immunities, it should be fine then
