No.
If and only if the creature has endow, then its ability will turn into dive.
If the creature uses endow, then the creature will not have endow.
If the creature does not have endow, then its ability will not turn into dive.
Therefore, if the creature uses endow, then its ability will not turn into dive.

I'm not going to include burrow for the following reasons:

Devourers would be better off with Darkness generation than any other skill, really, except Immortality, which is a weapon skill, so it is already paired with Vampire (another weapon skill that creatures have).

Um. Devourer's darkness eatin' is a passive...

...and I thought memorizing all the effects in Chaos Seed or Pandemonium was hard...

I personally dislike the name, mainly because there are already cards in game called Pendulums. I initially thought this card would be some sort of a card that makes a stack of pillars into pendulums or something.

I know that.  I was talking about the part where any creature whose skill is not listed gains a skill where it generates one quanta of its element per turn (which, in this case, would replace burrow).  This would make Devourers generate one darkness quanta and absorb one darkness quanta from the enemy.
This isn't overpowered, really, because, to abuse this, you would have to go out of your way to add a third element to your Vampest for the sake of having one card...
