I like the thematics, however - in some decks, it seems like this might be a little too strong. Obviously it's a horrible card to put in an OTK deck, but other than that it could be splashed in almost anything that uses a significant amount of
. Perhaps Hourglass being the same element will help make it balanced. Mono-time would then gain a cool new combo.
