Quick fix: Make the actual creature card something, for example if "Burst" then change the text to say "become Bursts of N | 0." Then, have the actual creature card be a 0 | 0 creature (not the spell).

I don't see why this is necessary. I just consider it as a derivative of Animate Weapon.

Nice suggestion but I would like to keep it "Fractalable" because it's the biggest feature of the card.

I may come up with another solution to balance this card later.
