I don't see how it would be OP. Since it's immaterial and will thus be invulnerable when played, you can't buff it beyond one Nightfall/Eclipse. That means it will return 2.5/3.5 at most. This would only be a good investment if -all- the attacking creatures suffered the damage, but I don't see that happening with how Gravity Pull works. A lot of creatures will OHKO this, meaning the damage will only go back to one creature. The upped version wouldn't even kill an upped Shrieker. Not worth playing.

Also, you need to clean up the card text. "If Pain Mirror takes damage from a creature, inflict half that damage back at the creature." works, but it's a bit long. "Return" is a bit ambiguous, which is why I wanted to move away from it.

Oh, and did you ask for permission to use the art? If so, you need to credit the artist on the card itself. Also, you're missing a :gravity in the table card text.

Um, so this card can essentially, with the help of 4 death and 1 gravity quanta, do a maximum of 3,5 dmg to a creature?... I don't see much usefulness to this.

Thanks for the advice Higurashi.

Some thoughts:
"inflict full damage back to the attacking creature"
"inflict damage to attacking creature if received damage is higher then X"
"inflict double damage if the attack kill the mirror"
"inflict damage equal to attacking creature's attack if it kill the mirror" (Damn my english is like rubbish)

optional changes:
"Remove Immaterial"
"Remove Gravity Pull"
"Increase HP/Reduce cost"

About the art, I'll try to find something else later.

Hehe, yeah. The basic concept is pretty cool. Tweaking could basically go any way. Since card ideas are presented chiefly to put forth a concept, it won't matter what you pick as long as you clean it up so it can get to Crucible or above. I think it would be fine if it reflected all the damage. It would be like a Death substitute for a Fire Shield that way, taking care of low HP creatures at the beginning of the match, such as Lycanthropes, Graboids, Physalia and Lava Golems. That's always useful.

Since death already have Bone Wall, and this card functions like Armagio, not only absorb but also reflection, means the death of either mirror or attacking creature will generate 2 charges for Bone Wall. So if mirror reflects every hit, it can't be too tough or the Bone Wall will become almost unbreakable (Mirror also block attacks to Bone Wall while in play). I would prefer "inflict damage to attacking creature if received damage is higher then X" to specialize it's use. With Gravity Pull, you would also have to choose when to active this effect (to kill something like dragon, highly grown Forest Spirit etc). Active this card too early would be a waste. Even with 1HP left, it still inflict full damage back to attacker.

I like this idea. Both the card and the quote. As the way the game is coded now(based on Voodoo Doll) it would only return damage if it lived past the damage. To me full damage return would not be OP as long as it is immaterial so you can't heal it or buff it beyond 1 Nightfall/Eclipse. Tho with the return damage in mind I also think it needs a small boost to both cost and hp.  Maybe a cost increase to 5(unuped) and 6(uped) that way it'll be hard to play both Bonewall and this at the same time and an hp increase to 7 (unuped) and 9 (uped).

A shield couldn't be immaterial. Note how morning star and emerald shield say cannot be destroyed or stolen, not immaterial.
