The thing about using this card on yourself though is that is doesn't create these cards; you have to sacrifice your hand to gain them. This is definitely a powerful card, but I'm not yet sure if it's OP.

Interesting idea. Can't say much on the balancing - not really my strong suit. My only concern is that this doesn't really feel like Gravity.

True. But what this also allows is going heavy on pendulums/towers/pillars and turn them into something useful, and preventing being quanta starved

But then you have to choose between playing the quanta sources or transmuting them; I certainly see your point, and I think that like Hyroen said this card would be a good candidate for the Card Idea Testing.
