ART: - IDEA: Treldon NOTES: When not slinging the spells, the Totem works just like a pillar. Upped does not give quanta on casting. When the Totem uses Fire Bolt/Lance the normal rules of those cards apply, both for quanta cost and quanta-power correlation. SERIES: None yet, might make a Totem series

is this when quanta is generated, and 20% chance of casting firebolt each 1 ?

So if all rules apply, does that mean that it wouldn't cast under any circumstances if you didn't have enough quanta (like if you have only have two Fire quanta with the unupped)?

Also, what is the order? Is quanta generated, and then the Firebolts? Or is it vice versa?

It casts the spell before your weapon attacks and itgenerates quanta when other sources do.

And yes, if there isn't sufficient quanta available then it won't cast spells even though RNG chose so
