Seems like a useful card, has teh potential to give you card advantage with the upgrade.  I'm not sure the un-upgraded card would get much use though.

Maybe give the un-upgraded card a small chance to ignite each adjacent creature, and give the upgraded card a moderate chance of igniting each adjacent creature.  Even with that boost it would still compare poorly to plague, so I don't think it'd be overpowered in the least.

I cannot understand what this card does... It's a spell, so it's discarded at the time it's played. How it gets stronger? What does ignition do?
