I think that the upped needs attack :X (even with the 2 cost reduction)

What are you assuming you are going to have to buff this with in game?

Probably the upped version should have MORE atk than the unupped version xD
Basically this card can raise the quanta cap?

maybe...   because this card make all your creature (and other stuff like weapon and many spell) raise quanta cap.    and it can stack...   ^-^

so...how can you kill the opponent if the damage is converted? You should convert only physical damage maybe

if you're gonna give it more attack I would raise the cost of the upped

This could be the comback of fire stall....
Maybe  :darkness& :water should get a tribe too!

i'm don't sure what word i should use.  i just copy vampire and aether shard text to make this card ability.   ^-^   

so it's mean you still can do dmg to your opponent while rise your own quanta cap.

why not.  even if i don't like fire stall that much.  but fire still already get much nerf.   :)

1) The quanta cap is not a great problem for fire as of now.
2) The increase in the quanta cap granted by this card will be most unused.

This needs something more.

2 things
1) as preivously mentioned, quanta cap isn't really an issue. Perhpas make it produce quanta for damage it deals?
2) The progression from unupped-upped doesn;t fit too well with this card. In this case the original is already rather weak, making it weaker has little implications.

Damage dealt to the opponent also causes to raise your fire quanta stroge capacity. Neat :D
