It's actually 5, 11, 17, 23, 29, 35, 35, 35 and then 18. So it's 208 damage (also, 5 + 11 + 17+ 23+ 27 + 33 + 33 + 33 + 18 = 200). Against a 1 DR shield it'd be 182 damage, 2 DR is 174 and 3 DR is 166 damage.

You need 6 apprentices a fractal a BL in hand, 18 quanta and 9 quanta to pull it off. Sounds pretty strong to me, but the lack of shield bypass makes it not so good against FGs.

You will be able to get the 6 apprentices with a fractal one or two turns before. And then just wait to get enough aether quanta for that second fractal. Still not OP, there are easier ways to OTK an opponent.
