I wouldn't have it reduce your max HP, tbh.

SoV is already pretty weak as it is and a buff doesn't have to be even weaker than what it's trying to buff.
I'd be pretty happy with this just being SoV on a creature.

And the element changing is quite lovely, yes, but bear in mind changing elements isn't necessarily an "upgrade". I'd recommend increasing soul parasite's stats by a notch.

Otherwise, Different elements on cards are beautiful and I love this.

This is a nice card idea, Treldon. What gave you the idea of the upgrade swapping elemental alliangance? It's rare to notice it, but otherwise, I agree with Frozengaia.
