Card: Reversal
Type: Spell
Cost: 12 Entropy
Effect: Destroys all of your creatures and permanents. Remove all of your quanta. Swap health with your opponent.

Would completely screw you over unless you have what you need. Originally I had it get rid of all the cards in your hand too, but I figured that was too much... yall decide that though.

Upgraded:
Card: Swap
Type: Spell
Cost: 10 Entropy
Effect: Swap quanta with your opponent.

I'm not sure if this one needs a penalty, but I'll let yall decide.

Creatures in permanents?

...well, would be nice for getting yourself low and then using this while having some Immaterial things on field. Especially with not damaging the enemy much at first.

Swap makes you both start over unless you had some quanta in common, so it's better against Rainbows as they'll have some quanta you'll want to use while your quanta won't be as attractive... yeah, doesn't sound like a penalty is needed.

It would destroy immaterial/immortal creatures as well. Otherwise it would be OP.

Still...

Creatures in permanents?
Also, well... then what's the point if it sets you so back you don't really have a chance to do anything while all it does is switching HP around? Even if the enemy had 100 HP before and you had 1, using this would set you back so much you wouldn't get to strike even the last point while the enemy tears the helpless you down... well, unless it's a Dagger/Shortsword, but even by then it's just one hueg risky combo.

There I fixed the typ-o. I didn't realize it was a typ-o because your grammar is usually poor (no offense), so I figured it was you messing up again.

Ya, of course it's a risky combo... you hope to get something in your hand that can kill them in one our two turns. You could design a deck around it, and it actually wouldn't be OP because of how difficult it would be to set up... but when it works it would be pretty awesome.

I think an entropy/life/aether deck might work... use heals from life to influence how much hp you will end up with before you use the combo, have several sparks, a few novas for anything that costs general quanta, this card of course, and maybe a few lightnings... you could add SoDs in there or replace the heals with the SoD's... either way works, but if you don't have SoD's you could just use the heals.

You could also use fire with immolation, photons, and a dragon... like I said though, it would be pretty difficult to set up, you have to have all the cards you need AND hope your health gets low enough that you can use the combo and kill them AND hope they don't kill you first.
