Okay, the card can be Death, but still Time cost to Hasten. I mean, what's the problem? Just splash it. And Time has monopoly over Hasten in the same way as Scarabs still need Gravity to Devour.
2 Death to play, 1 Tie to activate, 5HP/turn even when not used, upgrade can make it any quanta to play, maybe?
