I fill in the ATK/HP field of permanents/spells for the sake of it.
I don't know why.

A creature that produces darkness quanta?
...Devourer.
Had to think about that one.
I was thinking "Weird oETG things, and other cards that produce darkness quanta that might be added to that."

The upped, considering it steals quanta... Ehh, I don't know. Could be reduced, I guess... Not by much.

This does allow you to make a devtal hope deck.
It's a lot more expensive than Rol-Hope, however.

This does allow you to make a devtal hope deck.
It's a lot more expensive than Rol-Hope, however.

The quanta price is not so important if you get the lock (and your devs kinda refund their cost in the long run). The hope is just another way of getting rid of whatever the opponent managed to play and to have an answer against rainbows which can't be locked as efficiently. It may also allow you to add miracles to devtal.
