This definitely needs to be balanced with Dry Spell, but just getting this idea out there.

Inspired by Scibra's attempt to make a hydra based idea.
Named after the many headed Lernaean Hydra.

If you do not drain the complete cost, the copies are not made but the quanta is still lost.

I'm not sure if the drain would be too high for it to be viable, but I can see a nice combo with the classic upped Otys and gravy shield strategy.
