Time can see hands because it can see the future.

Air can scout out the enemy's resources, so it seeing the opponent's hand is justifiable.
Darkness can do EVIL MENTAL ATTACKS MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA to see the opponent's hand, to make that justifiable. (Or, should be able to. >:U)

I don't think it needs relation to time.

Darkness mind**** mechanic could justify it too... although I think a cost / assosciation is in order in that case.
It is a little odd, however, to have darkness reveal the enemy hand since darkness is more about occluding information rather than revealing it (which is why I think this mechanic has a closer thematic link to rather than ).
The idea of scouting makes sense though.

Yes, accept its meant to be to go with cloak, also cloak effects whole field, so it seemed to fit better to me.

WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY, anyway this is different somewhat. But I do not like that I keep making cards that end up being the same as one's in ETG.

That was what I meant...

You can see the top three cards of your opponent's library whilst this card is cloaked.
And yours, too... That'd be nice. But mainly your opponent's.

Seeing the top 3 cards in a deck could be tricky to pull off. Not so much because of balance but because it would probably take reworking the game board layout and likely a lot of code rewiring as well.
Its a cool idea, but it could take a lot of work.

Seeing your opponent's cards as they draw them, however, is very doable. It is also distinct enough from precog that it may be safe.
Precog would still be slightly stronger in that it allows you to see what is already in their hand rather than only getting to see anything new that is drawn.

Umm, IIRC, Precog remains active till the end of the opponents turn, so you see what the opponent draws. Or am I wrong?
