Cost definitely needs to go way up. Right now it casts instakill on everything on the field.

I'd make the cost at least 10 for the upped one and 12 for the unupped one.

I think the card text should say "Transform all creatures into skeletons" is enough.
I thought of that, but I wanted to make it so you could use it with boneyard...transform wouldn't mean they died. Well discuss, do you want it to be transform, or die and get replaced with a skeleton?

Then just make them die but not resurrect them as skelletons. Why would I use Graveyard then? For the same cost I kill everything...

I actually think maybe the effects should be reversed.

I imagine the big use of this would be creature control.  Your opponent has too many creatures or creatures that are too strong, so you want to blast them.  If I were to use it on a field full of fire flies/queens, I would rather the opponent get 1/1 creatures that I can block with skull shield, rather than 2/2 creatures that I cannot.

It would be nice to use with poisons like this, as well, since, if you can lower the damage from both player's creatures, poison can do a lot of damage.

Just my two cents, elite skeletons on the unupped, and normal skeletons on the upped would seem better.
Yeah but i was thinking maybe fractaling photons, and then using bonewall and boneyard and night of the undead with eclipse. So if you got like 10 photons and you use night of the undead, youll get a lot of shields and skeletons that work with eclipse. you could just do fractal on skeles, but that would be more expensive and u dont get the extras for bonewall and boneyard. See where im getting at? killing your OWN creatures, and getting many elite skeles.
