Crazy new idea!
We're going to, as a community, create a new card!
How?
With the input of everyone of course!
The event will consist of a series of polls in different stages.
At each stage, a different aspect of the card will be voted upon and the updated card displayed for all to blaspheme.
Can it work? yes.
Will it work? who knows.
Will it become the most bizzare and useless card ever created in elements? most likely.
SO LETS DO IT!
Stages are as follows(subject to change damn you)
1) Element
2) Type
3a) Attributes if creature
3b)otherwise skip to 4
4)Effects
4a)Primary effects(including active effects and wether or not we should have one at all)
4b)Secondary effects(passives)
5)Card cost
6)Name it(took long enough)
7)Artwork(yum)
At each stage the community(thats you) will be able to submit additional options by posting in this thread. Those options will be added to the poll so that they may be voted on.
Stages will each last 5 days unless I get annoyed and extend it which I will note.
Some stages will allow multiple votes per person, make use of em.
I'm going to show results for now but so help me if you start getting influenced by other people I'm changing it...
Please note I am biased and it will show, though I shant touch the polls, that simply would ruin everything.(In other words, my comments shall be decorated freely to add to a sense of freedom or some other self centered idea)

Stage 1 Result - Water is the chosen element.
Stage 2 Result - Type is permanent.
Stage 3
Now the real fun begins. This stage will be subdivided into two parts.
Part 1-
There will be a 2 day period of submission in which you will be able to post your ideas for the Primary effect of the card. Posts will be copied and placed in separate spoilers in the main post where they will be readily viewable. After 2 days, Part 2 will begin.
Part 2-
A poll will be assembled with all of the sugjested effects. This poll will last 5 days.
Durring this period, you may submit other effects, but you will be starting behind everyone else.
Try to limit yourslef to 1-2 submissions and p[ost only your best ideas.
Be sure to look through other submissions before posting yours.
As a final note, do not insert costs yet, this will come at a later date.
Please mark submission as such, also please name your effect, this will make it easier to separate votes and effects.

Rough Seas: All none water creatures gain -1|0 (-2|0 upped)Hailstorm
Hailstorm: Freeze all creatures with 1 HP. Deal 1 damage to other creatures.

Evaporate - Target card becomes invisible for 3 turns.

Cryopreservation

Blizzard
Blizzard: 2 random creatures are frozen, and 2 take 1 damage(3 if frozen). Lasts 3 turns.
Does not affect water creatures.
Affects both players.
Tidal Wave
Tidal Wave, Weapon: Deal 5 damage,

for upped) target aquatic creature gains momentum.
Liquefy(needs clarification)
Liquefy, Either spell or permanent with higher activating cost (3-2), target creatures becomes aquatic.Ice Age
Ice Age: Increase time of frozen creatures by 1 turn (2 upped) (upkeep cost possibly?)
