Scramble

I wouldn't be surprised if this has been suggested before, but in light of recent developments (precognition), I think this would be a great addition.

Name: Scramble
Type: Spell
Effect: Your opponent adds the cards in their hand to their deck and redraws the same number of cards (if it would be more balanced, this could affect the user as well).
Element/cost: I don't care.

The effect would be best in conjunction with precognition and add a little more depth as far as strategy goes.

I'd make it almost definitely Entropy.

I made my Discard weapon a while ago, that did this to two cards per turn.

And, I say, this is just the bottled version. 4 Entropy for that sounds like a nice price for me.
