Since the Other catergory has weapons that are just ordinary (ie sword, dagger etc) how about creatures that are not 'magical' or 'elemental'? These would have to be fairly weak as you can use any quantum to summon them (ie an 'other' creature as strong as a dragon would be OP because using Quantum pillars would make them too easy to summon because you get 3 Quantum as opposed to one for mono pillars)

Examples of creatures:
Creature:         Cost:           Strength:                    Ability:
Knight              Any 4              3/2                          None
Barbarian         Any 5              3/2                          Beserk: Works exactly like dive, cost 3 any
Catapult          Any 6              4/1                           Momentum
Assassin          Any 4              2/1                           Assassinate: Works exactly like infection cost 2 any

Any criticism/suggestions welcome. The tricky part around these cards would be the cost so I'm definatley not set in stone on those :) 

Post your own ideas about an 'Other' creature or even spell!

I support putting at least 1 of these into the game to make a mono-Other more viable. :)

Knight looks fair; the other three are good, too, but we don't really need them. Just a Knight would be fine.

Or, make Knight the upgraded version.

That would work quite well.

I like knight and catapult, but the assassin wouldn't be much of an assassin if it isn't a one hit kill.

I have an idea for an other card:

A spiked sheild. It would act like a fire sheild, doing damage each turn to attacking units. However, it would take any mana and cost a lot more than the six that fire sheild costs. Maybe it might cost ten or twelve any mana.

I like all of the ideas as well. Great work and a fine balance in them.

Ok so getting into the cards:

Knight:
This I like most as stated earlier could be useful as the upgrade to a soldier card. Easy to use and of decent value without going OB on it.

Barbarian:
I think we have enough Dive creatures. Although it does work the nature of Berserk was such that the Barbarian died most of the time and did huge damage. Personally I would make him immortal with Berserk giving 3 times damage and then he dies. Or something like that.

Catapult:
Great idea, Good attack and with Momentum a useful skill to have. What would the upgrade be, maybe 6|2 or something like that remembering some of the other Momentum creatures get as high as 7|5 in upgrade.

Assassin:
I agree with Assassim on this. Assassin should be able to take out any creature in one hit. Ok so sounds OP. How about 2 Quanta: Sacrifice Assassin, Destroy Target creature with less Hp. Basically a single use Otyugh without the growth. This could be balanced with Hp less or through % hit|loss scenario. If this was to be done you would want to make Assassin a 1|4 Creature with Upgrade 2|5 or something like that.

Killsdazombies:
Epic Dragon cost is too low for a creature of those stats. You could play one on your second turn with just 2 Towers out. Remember how much a 10|10 Light Dragon costs.
Assassin: Nice idea as above but any chance you can give a cost for it? I would say 5 of any myself.

Torchman:
Spiked SHield is a good idea. 10 Quanta would be a good cost for it andwith the upgrade costing 8. Nice work.

Dislike. It deals too much damage, and it has a very good amount of creature control that is only seen in 1 other card, and that card is rare.

I would just keep the Assassin card, instead renaming it, still retaining the "other, not affiliated with other elements" theme but without implying an instant KO.

Archer is a good idea although nerf the damage to 2 and cost of 3 any. (upped maybe be 3 any for 3 damage if you want). Also make Archer a 2|1 creature lowering its stats to be killed quickly as its really about creature control not attack and defence (archers are notoriously bad in defense).

Assassin can be kept just use another name. Something that speicfies Poison like Ninja or along those lines. Personally I think Assassin could work like Otyugh and hit anything with less Hp for 3 damage. To do this make the Assassin 2|3. But thats just one idea.
